Hokiis gift cards are redeemable in our retail location or for online purchases. To redeem a gift card in store, simply present it to the sales associate during checkout. To redeem a gift card online, enter the 16-digit gift card code at checkout.

Purchases on your Hokiis gift card will be deducted from the card value until the balance reaches zero. Gift cards are final sale items and may not be returned or applied to previously purchased merchandise. If damaged, lost or stolen, gift cards can only be replaced with the original proof of purchase for the remaining value in our records at the time the card is reported. Gift cards have no expiration date. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
